Entering Dock
Fly directly into the green marshal ring from either side.
If your approach is good enough then the dock will take over control of final approach.
If your approach is not direct enough then the dock will engage your autopilot until you are clear and you may try again.
Shuttle deployment/return
Deploy
First fly to a height of about 7000 above a planet.
Press Enter Orbit when the button appears.
Press Deploy Shuttle when it appears.
Return to ship
Approach from below ship directly into green marshal ring.
The marshal ring appears red when you are above the ship approaching from the wrong side.
If your approach is good enough then the ship computer will take over control of final approach.
